Logistic and Lead Times

Tumedei distributes products all over Europe from its ALA plant (North Italy – refer to map in section “Contact Us”).

Delivery times from Tumedei are less than 5 working days for Northern European countries, and generally 2 to 3 working days for Western Europe.

For products produced in our low cost manufacturing plants, we provide minimum stock holding for all regular usage items, with a supply agreement in place.

For products produced at Tumedei ALA, our standard lead time is 6 working weeks from receipt of orders. Again, we can provide minimum stock holding for all regular usage items, with a supply agreement in place.

Customer Service

Tumedei offers the following resources to support our customer’s day to day requirements:

• Dedicated International  customer service staff.
• Can supply to Kanban and EDI schedules.
• Can supply product in specified packaging/containers.
• Can agree to minimum stock holding for all regular usage items 30 day minimum.
• Consignment stock programmes.
